Ramen at Kōrai (中華そば光来)

Recommended bowl: Since 1953

Old school blue-collar style Tokyo shop, with a huge menu serving various styles of ramen. The base soup is made from pork, chicken, kombu, niboshi and katsuo. Noodles are house-made using wheat flour from Gunma Prefecture. Great cost performance, Chūka Soba starts at just 430 yen. Open since 1953.
