Master Takumi Imada previously ran a ramen shop in Nogata that closed in 2014, before he opened Kashiwagi in 2017. The shop serves gourmet bowls of shoyu and shio ramen with a light chintan (clear) soup made from pork and gyokai (seafood ingredients). The shop serves gourmet bowls of shoyu and shio ramen with a light chintan (clear) soup made from pork and gyokai (seafood ingredients).
