This nostalgic Chinese style ramenya is most famous for gyoza and tanmen, the menu practically unchanged for over 60 years. The soup is made using the carcasses of three kinds of chickens, onions and cabbage, all brewed in a huge stock pot that can hold enough portions for over 150 servings.
