This nostalgic Chinese style ramenya is most famous for gyoza and tanmen, the menu practically unchanged for over 60 years. The soup is made using the carcasses of three kinds of chickens, onions and cabbage, all brewed in a huge stock pot that can hold enough portions for over 150 servings. The tanmen is shio based and comes with the standard mix of vegetables and pork slices. Jyajyamen is topped with a healthy portion of bean sprouts, miso sauce and ground meat. Noodles are ordered via Daiei Shokuhin. Run by second generation master Mitamura-san, working alongside his son who will eventually take over. Open since 1956.
