New-school shop, focusing on some recent ramen trends with the direction of the menu. The main items are tori soba and niboshi soba, or chicken ramen and fish based ramen, respectively. There are a few different variations, such as the chicken based soup using only 'Satsuma Shamo' brand chickens from Kyushu and water.
