Toshioka is a famous Benten-style shop in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, known for its double sized noodles and hearty pork, chicken, and gyokai soup. TOSHIOKAToshioka serves ramen and tsukemen in various styles, all of it based on the recipes from Benten. Master Okabe-san trained at Benten, when the legendary shop closed (for a period of time), he opened his own. One of the disciples of the famous Ramen Chef of Benten opened up this place in 2015.
An excellent, huge bowl of tonkotsu with menma.
