Haha)"Namae no Nai Italia Ryori Ten"—a name that perfectly encapsulates the mysterious and overwhelming culinary experience it offers. This is a memo from my visit about six years ago, but the emotions I felt back then have not faded at all.I enjoyed a course that was around JPY 15,000 at the time, and considering the quality and storytelling behind each dish served, I can confidently say it was worth much more than the price, providing an exceptionally high level of satisfaction. What particularly stands out in my memory is the main meat dish, showcasing a breathtakingly beautiful ruby-red cross-section. The expertly cooked red meat captured a powerful umami flavor, with a moist and tender texture. With each bite, the sweetness of the meat juices spread, revealing the chef's remarkable skill in maximizing the potential of the ingredients. The contrast in texture with the perfectly roasted, crispy sides was also exquisite, making it a flawless dish meticulously crafted down to the last detail.Additionally, the ravioli harmoniously blended with the umami of the fish showcased a delicate yet layered flavor profile throughout the entire course, highlighting the essence of the ingredients. Coupled with the extraordinary atmosphere of this hidden gem, it was truly a blissful moment where all five senses could engage with the cuisine. With overwhelming taste quality, a sophisticated adult ambiance, and emotions that exceed expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a restaurant to anyone who truly loves food. Since I was traveling in the Shikoku area, I wanted to visit a nice restaurant, so I chose this one. This highly-rated Italian restaurant has a simple appearance, but every dish was delicious and I was quite satisfied. (The only downside was that the pheasant had a strong gamey smell.)As you can see from other reviews, I highly recommend this place. Just give it a try!
I finally got to visit a restaurant I've wanted to go to since moving here. From the first dish to the last, every dish was exquisitely prepared. I had the pheasant soup and Kiwagyu for the first time, and I was truly impressed. What surprised me the most was the deliciousness of the rock salt used in the dishes! It's like a magical seasoning that enhances the ingredients. It seems that there are many customers from outside the prefecture lately. If you can get a reservation, consider yourself lucky.... More
