I finally got to visit a restaurant I've wanted to go to since moving here.From the first dish to the last, every dish was exquisitely prepared. I had the pheasant soup and Kiwagyu for the first time, and I was truly impressed.What surprised me the most was the deliciousness of the rock salt used in the dishes!It's like a magical seasoning that enhances the ingredients. It seems that there are many customers from outside the prefecture lately.If you can get a reservation, consider yourself lucky. This is definitely the best Italian restaurant in Matsuyama.It was a great meal!
