More and more, a sucker for simplicity. Roasted quinces, the end and my favourite part of lunch at @restaurantecanalha. Supposedly simple, yet so rarely done well. Brilliant (sadly, a tad too small).

Back at @restaurantecanalha from chef @jmgrodrigues , probably the most sought after neighbourhood restaurant in Lisbon at the moment.
The homage and celebration of the best possible product, the rigour of the cooking points, the super cosy atmosphere, and friends at the table. What else can you ask?
