This popular Kyoto shop serves up a comforting tori paitan soup using whole chickens, chicken bones, pork bones, gyokai and vegetables, all cooked in a pressure cooker. The soup is wholesome and a bit creamy yet not heavy, the kind of soup almost anyone can enjoy. Noodles are house-made containing wheat from Kyoto and Hokkaido, aged one night before use.
