“Moo-Lah,” located on Hollywood Road in Hong Kong, is the first international venture by Seoul’s renowned restaurant and butcher @bornandbredkorea🇰🇷 Opened just 2 months ago, it elevates traditional Hong Kong comfort food by incorporating premium 1++ Hanwoo beef, sourced directly from South Korea🐃 Their signature ”Hanwoo Kalbi Short Rib Clear Broth Noodles” in the cover photo is served in a nutritious broth that is simmered for 8 hours in premium beef bone and rich with flavours❤️‍🔥

今年10月に香港の中環（セントラル）地域にオープンした韓牛専門店「Moo-Lah（ムー・ラー）」🥩 ソウルの名店「Born & Bred（ボーン・アンド・ブレッド）」の初めての海外展開で、韓牛の最高ランク「1++」級のお肉を使用しています🏆 お店の名物はカバー写真の「Hanwoo Kalbi Short Rib Clear Broth Noodles（韓牛カルビとクリア出汁の麺）」🥢 牛の骨髄を8時間以上煮込み、旨味を最大限に抽出し、体も温まります🔥 「Rice Noodles（米粉麺）」と「Egg Noodles（卵麺）」の2種類から選べますが、個人的には後者の方が細くてオススメです✌️
