Instantly added to our HK favorites! Hing Kee also serves the more modern and addicting Golden Sand version of Typhoon Shelter Crab, Roasted Goose Noodles that were just crazy! Equally delicious were the Razor Clams Sotanghon and Clams tossed with Fermented Black Bean. Don’t leave this city without visiting this spot!
