I reserved the course for JPY 13,000.The meat is served slightly rare. It's convenient since the staff cooks everything for you, but it might not be suitable for those who prefer well-done meat. However, the meat was incredibly delicious.I finished it in no time! The portion size felt a bit small.
I definitely want to visit this restaurant again! ⋆。˚❀ This was my first visit to "Yakiniku Sudou Haruyoshi," a place I had been curious about for a long time. I found myself thinking, "Isn't this a bit overcooked...?" during the grilling, and I felt a bit guilty (laughs). The soup curry and dessert to finish off were perfect as well! It was a great meal! I visited this restaurant to celebrate an anniversary with my girlfriend. The Yakiniku in such a calm atmosphere was incredibly delicious, allowing us to have quiet conversations. I used this place for a business dinner. It's a full-service yakiniku restaurant, allowing you to enjoy tender meat at just the right timing. Everyone said the tenderloin sandwich was delicious. While the sirloin can be a bit fatty, the tenderloin is much easier to eat. The grilled shabu-shabu is definitely the highlight. The sweetness of the sauce, the aroma of the grilled meat, and the egg create a classic combination. Thank you for accommodating my request for separate checks.
Salt CourseThe fatty part of the tongue is delicious and tender. The lower part of the tongue pairs well with ginger paste. The lean tenderloin with onion paste is wonderfully soft and tasty. The outside skirt with chopped daikon ponzu is meaty and delicious. The Chateaubriand sandwich is sweet and flavorful with a perfect balance of meat and fat—this is the most luxurious sandwich I've ever had.Sauce CourseThe strip loin is grilled rare and rolled up, absolutely delicious. The top sirloin is served... However, considering the price range, it didn’t quite exceed my expectations. What caught my attention was the service.During the course, I was asked, "Would you like to add anything?" I thought about placing an additional order, but there was no menu available, and I was informed that I could only reorder from the items already served in the course.Ordering without knowing the prices made me a bit uneasy, so I decided to skip the extras and head to another restaurant afterward. The food itself was delicious, but if the guidance on additional orders had been clearer, my satisfaction level would have been higher. With the title of a "100 Best Restaurant," expectations naturally rise, and I honestly felt that way this time.It was a great meal!!Even on the main street, delicious moments can come unexpectedly. Just don’t miss them. Less

Each table has a grill master who cooks the meat to perfection, allowing us to enjoy it at its most delicious state. The course focused on lean cuts of meat, each beautifully marbled, tender, and refined in flavor. The seasoning and condiments varied with each type of meat, providing a different delicious experience for every dish. What stood out the most was the Chateaubriand katsu sandwich. The meat, cooked to perfection, was astonishingly tender, and each bite released a burst of umami—a truly luxurious dish. It was my favorite from the course.Additionally, the restaurant had many international guests, and the staff provided smooth service in English, which was impressive. You could really feel the international atmosphere that comes with being a popular restaurant.Every dish was meticulously prepared, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious experience with a sense of specialness. The only downside was that there was no farewell as we left the restaurant, which felt a bit lonely. However, the satisfaction with the food was extremely high, and I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises. It was a great meal. Less

The Tsurami, grilled on one side over charcoal to a perfect crisp, was lavishly topped and delicious on its own, but pairing it with vegetables brought out a different charm. With each bite, the umami expanded, raising my expectations right from the start of the course. Each grilled item was seasoned to match its specific cut, leaving a lasting impression. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the thoughtful preparation enhanced their flavors.Particularly memorable was the Chateaubriand Katsu Sandwich. The Chateaubriand, slowly grilled over charcoal, was perfectly pink and tender. It was paired with a special tomato sauce and mustard, sandwiched between crispy, toasted bread, creating a delightful contrast of textures. I savored each bite, relishing the flavors.Despite the generous portion of the course, time flew by. The meal, along with the ambiance and service, was highly satisfying, making it a memorable conclusion to my Fukuoka trip.I definitely plan to return when I visit Fukuoka again. It was a great meal. The stylish interior, designed by a renowned designer, provides a perfect setting to enjoy high-quality meat grilled to perfection by skilled chefs, paired with a selection of carefully chosen wines, primarily from Burgundy. We started with roasted beef and kimchi as appetizers. The black-haired wagyu from Kyushu, selected with a discerning eye, features excellent marbling from female cattle. The grilled tongue with a squeeze of lemon was exceptional! ✨ The tongue skirt was enjoyed with green onion salt, while the outside skirt was served with grated Japanese radish and ponzu for a refreshing taste. The tenderloin was paired with onion paste, offering a delightful contrast of crispy outside and tender inside. ❤️❤️ We also had seasonal vegetables with shabu-shabu strip loin, beautifully pink and perfectly rare—absolutely irresistible! ❤️❤️ The signature tenderloin sandwich was grilled slowly from the start. The soft tenderloin, crispy toast, tomato sauce, and mustard created a perfect harmony; I never expected to enjoy such flavors at a yakiniku restaurant! ✨ The quickly grilled strip loin melted in my mouth! ❤️❤️ The lamp was prepared in a sukiyaki style, featuring a creamy onsen egg and thicker cuts than usual, sweet and meaty! ✨ The filet mignon mini rice bowl was delightful, but I wish I could have a larger bowl... For the finale, we could choose between curry or cold noodles. The curry was a spicy soup curry. The dessert, crème brûlée, was creamy and delicious! ❤️❤️ I heard they used to offer pudding as a takeaway, so I hope they bring that back! The course style allowed us to enjoy various cuts of meat in smaller portions, but I would love it even more if there were larger servings! Less
