The Tsurami, grilled on one side over charcoal to a perfect crisp, was lavishly topped and delicious on its own, but pairing it with vegetables brought out a different charm. With each bite, the umami expanded, raising my expectations right from the start of the course.Each grilled item was seasoned to match its specific cut, leaving a lasting impression. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the thoughtful preparation enhanced their flavors.Particularly memorable was the Chateaubriand Katsu Sandwich. The Chateaubriand, slowly grilled over charcoal, was perfectly pink and tender. It was paired with a special tomato sauce and mustard, sandwiched between crispy, toasted bread, creating a delightful contrast of textures. I savored each bite, relishing the flavors.Despite the generous portion of the course, time flew by. The meal, along with the ambiance and service, was highly satisfying, making it a memorable conclusion to my Fukuoka trip.I definitely plan to return when I visit Fukuoka again.It was a great meal.
