🇨🇳 Purple Laurel เป็นหนึ่งในร้านอาหารจีนที่คิดว่าถ้าเป็น foodie ตัวจริงยังไงก็ต้องมีอยู่ในลิสต์ เพราะถึงแม้ในกรุงเทพจะมีร้านอาหารจีนให้เลือกมากมาย แต่ไม่ใช่ทุกร้านที่จะทำให้คนที่รักการกินหลายๆคนรู้สึกตรงกันได้ง่ายๆ... More

🇨🇳 Purple Laurel เป็นหนึ่งในร้านอาหารจีนที่คิดว่าถ้าเป็น foodie ตัวจริงยังไงก็ต้องมีอยู่ในลิสต์ เพราะถึงแม้ในกรุงเทพจะมีร้านอาหารจีนให้เลือกมากมาย แต่ไม่ใช่ทุกร้านที่จะทำให้คนที่รักการกินหลายๆคนรู้สึกตรงกันได้ง่ายๆ ซึ่งร้านนี้คือหนึ่งในนั้น

จากที่ได้ลองเองรวมถึงคุยกับเพื่อนๆในวงการอาหาร สิ่งที่ทุกคนพูดตรงกันคือรสชาติของที่นี่มีความนิ่งและดีจริงแบบไม่ต้องลุ้น ไม่ได้มีแค่บางจานที่เด่น แต่คือสามารถสั่งได้ทั้งเมนูแล้วออกมาดีแทบทุกจาน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่หายากมาก เพราะหลายร้านมักจะมีจานที่ต้องลุ้น แต่ที่นี่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเลือกอะไรก็ปลอดภัย สั่งแล้วสบายใจว่าไม่เฟลแน่นอน

สำหรับโพสต์นี้ทุกจานที่เห็นสามารถสั่งตามได้หมดและอร่อยจริง แต่มีหนึ่งเมนูที่อยากให้โฟกัสเป็นพิเศษคือ “นกพิราบ” ที่ต้องจองล่วงหน้า และเป็นจานที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลย เพราะเป็นหนึ่งในเมนูที่ในกรุงเทพหาทานแบบที่ทำออกมาได้ดีขนาดนี้ค่อนข้างยาก โดยรวมแล้วนี่คือร้านที่เหมาะทั้งกับมื้อพิเศษหรือแม้แต่วันที่แค่อยากกินอาหารจีนดีๆ และก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่เข้าใจได้ไม่ยากเลยว่าทำไมคนที่จริงจังกับการกินถึงพูดถึงกันอยู่เสมอ 😋
