Otherwise go there anyway, it's worth the trip! Chef Davide Cannavino offers two tasting menus, 5 and 8 courses. I chose from the à la carte menu. After some delicious amuse bouche: Mi-cuit red tuna, wakame seaweed, roasted pepper sauce, a dish that I do not hesitate to define sublime; "Il Ciuppin" typical fish soup from Liguria, revisited, five different cooked and raw fish prepared separately and served with a tomato sauce, very good! Today Fish! Nice restaurant, overlooking the Albani Canal a few steps from the historic center of Fano. Mainly fish menu with some meat dishes. Modern and refined environment with white tablecloths; informal and very courteous friendly service and last but not least very comfortable chairs. Typical dishes of the Romagna Riviera with some slightly different recipes. I ate an amuse bouche of croutons with anchovies and tomatoes; a typical dish of Fano revisited, Ali di Razza with pepper cream, very good; wonderful Spaghetti Senatore Cappelli with cuttlefish ink with squid and tuna bottarga; I finished with the fried shrimp and squid, good, dry and lightly greasy. A "Moretta" coffee, a sort of Italian-style Irish coffee, accompanied by small pastries. All with an excellent Bianchello del Metauro and homemade bread. Less

The typical Tuscan setting has been updated making it a little more elegant. The cuisine is typically Tuscan presented in a more modern way than the previous management. After a snack offered by the kitchen, spelled salad with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, I ate an excellent Tuscan Ribollita served warm, followed by a steak with a side of white beans al flask. Less
