Elegant but informal trattoria, with great attention to detail; in the countryside just outside Fidenza. Tagliolini with leek and crispy culaccia, perhaps a little raw and with the flavors not perfectly blended; bacon flavored with aromatic herbs, very good and balanced; the classic good tiramisu.
