15 years in the Meatpacking District and @catch is still going strong.

I recently stopped by to check out the refreshed space and updated menu, and it was one of those nights that reminded me why this place has lasted as long as it has. The food was excellent across the board, with a mix of classics and some new additions that are worth going back for.

The seafood program is a big part of what makes this place stand out, with fish coming in straight from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market.

What stood out just as much was the hospitality. The room was buzzing, but everything felt taken care of from the moment we sat down.

The Dungeness Crab Feast at @nudibranchnyc is limited to 7 orders a day. We got one. 🦀

Nudibranch started as a pandemic pop-up in 2021 before opening their brick-and-mortar in 2022. Now Michelin-recognized, pulling from Korean and Spanish influences, it’s one of those places that keeps giving you reasons to come back.

The crab comes out a few different ways, with rice, vegetables, and steamed egg. We didn’t stop there though, the rest of the menu is just as much of the reason to be here.

The Dungeness crab feast is only available Monday through Thursday, and with how limited it is, reservations are worth it if you want to lock it in.
