คอนเซปต์ของที่นี่คือการใช้ 🔥 เป็นตัวหลักในการเล่าเรื่อง ตั้งแต่การย่าง เทคนิค ไปจนถึง flow ของทั้งมื้อ โดยได้เชฟ @ricardonunes7 มาคุมครัว ทำให้ทุกจานมีความชัดทั้งในแง่ technique และ execution

และสิ่งที่ทำให้มันน่าสนใจมากคือการเอา American grill traditions มาชนกับ French technique ความดิบของไฟ + ความละเอียดแบบฝรั่งเศส เลยออกมาเป็นรสชาติที่บาลานซ์และมีมิติแบบชัดเจน

มื้อนี้บอกเลยว่าประทับใจหลายจานมากจริงๆ เอาจริงคือชอบแทบทุกจาน แต่มีบางจานที่รู้สึกว่า “ไม่ควรพลาดเลย”

• Chicken & Morels — เป็นอกไก่ที่นุ่มมาก นุ่มจนต้องสั่งเบิ้ลจานที่สอง
• Bluefin Tuna Pepper Steak — ชอบมากทั้งตัวปลาและรสชาติซอส เข้มข้นแต่ไม่เลี่ยนเลย
• Seabass ย่าง — เรียบง่ายแต่ทำออกมาได้ดีสุดๆ
• Truffle Mac & Cheese — ตอนแรกคิดว่าจะไม่ชิมแล้ว แต่คำแรกเท่านั้นแหละ…หยุดไม่ได้เลย 🥹

เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านเปิดใหม่ที่ประทับใจ อยากบอกต่อ และเป็นร้านที่ได้กลับมาซ้ำแน่นอน 🍷🔥
