First visit to @miltons_cuisine in a few years. The crab bisque was solid. I remember they were known for Charleston she crab soup, but with two chef changes since our last visit, things have likely evolved. Diver scallops were impressive—just a notch below my top favorites in this price range, but definitely high quality. Pimento cheese ranks near the top for me. We finally got to try this spot that went off last year for halal Tex-Mex 🌮

Birria tacos were underwhelming tbh…and had a lil bit flavor. Eating with consome was a must for them.
Steak crunch wrap was even more underwhelming for me. Barely any meat and a lot of tomatoes more I bit into it.

It’s a decent option overall since we don’t have any halal tex-Mex here in Dallas but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again.

An “Amuse Bouche” is designed to set the tone for a meal at its beginning. It literally means: to amuse your mouth.

I’ve had my fair share of these “amusements” and this has been my favorite so far.

It was so good, it felt like a course from a Michelin Star tasting menu!

To be quite honest, I thought it was going to ruin the rest of my meal and I was surprised yet again…

I ate something that was even better and the rest of the offerings were not only delicious, but close to impeccable!

It’s surreal to eat at a restaurant where everything is good… sounds crazy but very uncommon.

One of my top recommendations in Orlando right now!

It’s a beef for the Hogs, and it’s delicious.

Plus, you have to love a dive bar that sells handmade chocolate chip cookies bake sale style alongside the cocktails in tall foam cups.

The World Famous Corporation Bar & Grill is deeply involved with @houseofhogsbbq , and like many cook off teams this one raises funds year round for @hogsforthecause .

A Chicago connection led to this Au-Jus June special all month, with beef brought in from Bari Beef in Chicago.

To dip or to dunk? Is cheese a good addition or heretical? I tired two at once a few different ways to find out.
