An “Amuse Bouche” is designed to set the tone for a meal at its beginning. It literally means: to amuse your mouth.

I’ve had my fair share of these “amusements” and this has been my favorite so far.

It was so good, it felt like a course from a Michelin Star tasting menu!

To be quite honest, I thought it was going to ruin the rest of my meal and I was surprised yet again…

I ate something that was even better and the rest of the offerings were not only delicious, but close to impeccable!

It’s surreal to eat at a restaurant where everything is good… sounds crazy but very uncommon.

One of my top recommendations in Orlando right now!
