I hope @jaquval plans to make their Sunday roast a regular occurrence, because we'd come back for it often. A bounty: rosy prime rib, very good ham, Brussels, stuffing, very old-school parsleyed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and bone marrow gravy to pour over everything.
