Last restaurant meal of 2025 was the sopa tarasca at Xaman Cafe. A super underrated dish at a restaurant I think I've been guilty of underrating. Comforting, smooth soup of black bean and warming chile, with all the right toppings. Nothing better when it's 50 degrees outside. Happy new year, everyone.
