Dahi puri chaat and a spiced gimlet at @sanjhrestaurant. I could easily imagine this explosive, all-encompassing bite being the snack at the beginning of a great chef's choice tasting menu, just sayin'. #dallaseats #dallasfood

I liked Sanjh and wrote a positive review. But more and more Dallas chefs - like all your favorites - keep telling me how much they're digging this posh Indian destination in Irving, and how much we're underrating it. And top chefs are a lot harder to please than I am. Yes, the prices are high, but unlike a lot of other big-ticket places in town, you get something unique in return. Just saying. #dallaseats #dallasfood #irvingtx
