Dinner at Quarter Acre Dallas

Last week we published my review of the new tasting menu offering at Quarter Acre. (TLDR: go, go, go.) (Also, you know I publish recommendations multiple times a week on a free website, right?) Here's the dessert, a mille feuille made with kataifi shredded wheat instead of puff pastry, and pineapple and black sesame flavors inside. Magnificent stuff. Not just saying that because black sesame is my dream dessert food.
