Pastrami brisket is back on at Cattleack this week, and beef cheeks with lime chimichurri on Friday. In case you needed a little PSA. I don't post here much anymore. Every time I resolve to get back to it, the platform annoys me some more. No, I don't need to add a song to my picture of barbecue. No, I don't want to reach more people, necessarily. Anyway. That's some seriously hot mustard they're serving!
