I was invited and eagerly looked forward to visiting the Italian restaurant "il AOYAMA" in Takakage. I was thrilled to finally go to a place I had wanted to visit. Thank you very much. The sophisticated atmosphere and exquisite dishes were incredibly delicious, making for a truly delightful experience. Personally, I was blown away by the second dish, which featured smoked Tokushima Akamutsu with a sweet winter melon puree and a touch of salty caviar. Since April of this year, they have started serving homemade bread, which has a texture similar to steamed bread infused with aonori (green seaweed), pairing wonderfully with the dishes and tasting fantastic. The fish is sourced from the Sasuemaeda Fish Shop, featuring specialties that have all evolved into exquisite dishes under Chef Nishi Kenichi's skillful hands. Thank you very much.
