Recommended bowl: Jiro style clone

This Jiro inspired shop opened its Jimbōchō flagship in 2009, ironically right in front of a Ramen Jiro branch (which has since moved). Tonkotsu shoyu soup is made with pork back fat, bean sprouts, cabbage, chashu and garlic. Noodles are supplied by Asakusa Kaikarou.
