Originally located on the famous Kannana-Dori Street in Itabashi-ku back in the 1980's, this shop serves up Tokyo style shoyu tonkotsu ramen showered in pork back fat. Noodles are ordered via Tsuruya Seimen. Popular with salarymen and taxi drivers, it's open all night until 6 am. Many opt for one of the sets that come with ramen and a side dish with gyoza or mini chashu rice bowl. A tad bit grungy, but with plenty of devout customers.
