辛つけ麺 / Kara Tsukemen / Menya Musashi Koshō - Roppongi, Tokyo

Spicy tonkotsu-gyokai double soup uses pork, chicken and dried fish. Noodles supplied by Kanejin Shokuhin, made with black pepper kneaded into them. The pork chashu is cooked in a steam convection oven.
