The master of Momijiya previously worked as the manager of the shop Fujimaru in Kita-Urawa, a well known spot amongst Jiro lovers. Sure enough, the style here is Jiro inspired, with tonkotsu-shoyu soup, and free vegetables, garlic, and abura toppings available. The noodles are house-made, wavy and flat.
