Recommended bowl: Ramen Jiro roots

This unsuspecting shop in Daikanyama is run by a master who used to be the owner of Ramen Jiro in Musashi Kosugi. The bowls here are standard Jiro style, with a salty shoyu-tonkotsu soup and thick-cut noodles that are made in-house on an old-school noodle machine.
