Jiro style ramen with shoyu-tonkotsu soup, pork back fat, extra veggies and garlic. This Fuchū branch of ramen Jiro is said to serve the thickest noodles of all Jiro shops, house-made on the standard Ebisu Menki Seisakujo noodle machine.
