Recommended bowl: Thickest noodles

Jiro style ramen with shoyu-tonkotsu soup, pork back fat, extra veggies and garlic. This Fuchū branch of ramen Jiro is said to serve the thickest noodles of all Jiro shops, house-made on the standard Ebisu Menki Seisakujo noodle machine. The master here originally opened a ramen shop serving Kitakata style ramen in a building owned by his parents. After that shop shut down, he started working at Ramen Jiro. He opened the Ramen Jiro Fuchū with the help of his wife. First opened in 2001, moved to the current location in 2006.
