The massive menu features different versions of the same dishes or topping add-ons, with the top choice being the shoyu or shio. Honda-san, who trained under legend Yamagishi-san, opened his own shop at the age of 21. The infamous ramen group Menya Koji helped him control the flavor of his delicious ramen.
