The master here is from Aomori prefecture, and previously worked as the shop manager of Ramen Jiro in Shimbashi, which is now closed. Mikaku open since 2018. Thick cut house-made noodles are made on a noodle machine inside the shop. You can order the size of your noodles when you pass your ticket to the master.
