This shop serves a light tonkotsu gyokai soup, using pork, chicken, beef and gyokai (dried fish) in the stock. The noodles are house-made on a noodle machine in the back of the shop. Ramen and tsukemen are both staples, with other specials and seasonal dishes making appearances as well.
