Recommended bowl: Light soup

The recommended bowl here is the shio ramen, which comes served with a light double soup of chicken and pork broth combined with a gyokai (seafood) based dashi. For those who don't want shio, shoyu and miso tares are also available to choose from. Noodles supplied by the purveyor Kaikarō. Open since 2005.
