Recommended bowl: Owl shop

A light soup is made with dried Japanese horse mackerel (aji) and chicken, combined with shoyu tare. No MSG. Noodles are supplied by the well-known Mikawaya Seimen. Topped with two types of chashu, both pork and chicken. The noren here is made from an owl t-shirt (fukurō = owl). Just like a traditional noren, when the t-shirt is hung outside, the shop is open. Run by Nagata-san, who trained at several other ramen shops. Open since June 2018.
