Eman is a word from the Basque region, meaning to give and offer. In fact, Chef Kobayashi was trained at numerous basque restaurants, including the world-renowned Azurmendi. He subsequently returned to Tokyo and opened Eman in 2021, offering a unique take of Spanish cuisine with high-quality japanese ingredients.

My favorites dishes include kuruma ebi paella, grilled unagi with parmesan and iberico steak that comes with a phenomenal milky flavor. Reservation is predominately occupied by regular customers but a handful of seats and cancellation may be offered via tablecheck.
