Gamushara is the Niigata Tsubame-Sanjo-style ramen outpost from Hasanuma-san, master and producer of multiple ramen shops both in Tokyo and overseas. Hasanuma-san is from Niigata Prefecture, so this is kind of like comfort food for him.
