Ramen at Fukumori (中華そば ふくもり )

Fukumori is an outpost of the Setagaya group, and located just a short distance from the flagship Setagaya OG shop. The chūka soba specialty here comes with a niboshi soup blend made of dried fish, chicken and pork. The noodles, by Setagaya's in-house brand Kona No Chikara Seimen, are a special blend produced only for Fukumori, using 100% domestic wheat, including a variety from Hokkaido, and topped with yuzu. Open until midnight 6 days a week.
