カウンター席なのにカウンター席の様に感じなく、オープンキッチンでシェフ下野氏がプライベートに自分の為に作ってくれるような臨場感が最高！その上、その日に仕入れられた新鮮な食材が目の前に飾られていて、食欲を刺激してくれる。最近では新鮮な野菜から牛コンソメスープスタートでパンからコースを初め、最後には枝豆ととうもろこしのキャビアご飯などが味わえるようになっている。

Atypical to the usual counter-dining restaurant, the atmosphere of the intimate open kitchen presented by Chef Shimono is superb. The freshly procured ingredients are prepared right in front of your eyes, stimulating your appetite. Recently, the restaurant began the course with a serving of bread with beef consommé soup, fresh vegetables, and finished with rice with edamame and corn caviar, among other dishes.
