Inspired by the legendary Eifukucho Taishōken, this shop offers up simple but wholesome bowls of shoyu ramen, made with a clear soup using niboshi, pork leg bones, katsuobushi and vegetables. Noodles are supplied by the purveyor Yamada Seimenjo. Master Miyamoto-san runs the head shop in Funabashi, Chiba, and this Kameido outpost is the second branch.
