Recommended bowl: Double soup

New-school style shop serving a nice umami packed double soup of animal bone mixed with gyokai (seafood) soup. The animal soup contains a broth of chicken bones, whole chickens and pork bones simmered for ten hours. The gyokai soup consists of niboshi and other dried fish.
