Recommended bowl: Double soup

New-school style shop serving a nice umami packed double soup of animal bone mixed with gyokai (seafood) soup. The animal soup contains a broth of chicken bones, whole chickens and pork bones simmered for ten hours. The gyokai soup consists of niboshi and other dried fish. The ramen soup is served slightly fishier than the tsukemen soup. Although both are good, the tsukemen is the way to go. Different noodles come with the bowls, supplied by Asakusa Kaikarō. Open since April 2017.
