Standard Jiro style ramen, with larger than average sized bowls of tonkotsu shoyu soup, extra thick noodles and slabs of pork chashu. Pass over your plastic ticket and when called upon, be ready to personalize with options for garlic, vegetables, and other standard Jiro toppings.
