Recommended bowl: The infamous Jiro

Standard Jiro style ramen, with larger than average sized bowls of tonkotsu shoyu soup, extra thick noodles and slabs of pork chashu. Pass over your plastic ticket and when called upon, be ready to personalize with options for garlic, vegetables, and other standard Jiro toppings. The noodles are house-made, as is standard at all Jiro shops. Customers are required to finish their bowl within 15 minutes, otherwise they may be asked to leave. Originally opened in 2003, with a new shop manager and renewal opening in 2016.
