Recommended bowl: Young master

After chef Kusano-san won a ramen competition in Tachikawa ramen square in 2009, he was awarded the opportunity to open his very own shop there for a period of time. After that stint, he moved on to open the respected ramen shop Haru in Oomori; he later relocated the shop to Kamata and reopened it as Akatsuki.
