海外のお客さんが多い帝国ホテルという事もあり、レストランの中は、日本の文化が伝わってくる内装となっている。その空間で料理長鷹見氏が腕を振るうおまかせコースは、修行先の「虎白」や「神楽坂 石かわ」で学んだ伝統的な日本料理の数々。甘鯛の真丈のお椀、香箱ガニのクリームコロッケ、白子の茶碗蒸し、松葉蟹と聖護院蕪のうす葛煮、椰子の白わらび餅など季節の素材を活かした味が楽しめる。

As the Imperial Hotel attracts many foreign guests, the interior of the restaurant is decorated to convey a sense of traditional Japanese culture. The Omakase course served present customers with traditional Japanese cuisine that Chef Mr Takami learnt at "Kohaku" and "Kagurazaka Ishikawa", where he trained.
Enjoy the season’s flavors with bowls of sea bream in a broth, cream croquettes of female snow crab, milt chawanmushi, Matsuba crab and Shogoin turnip simmered in light kuzuni, and white coconut warabi mochi.

임페리얼 호텔은 많은 외국인 손님을 유치하기 때문에 레스토랑의 내부는 해외로부터 방문한 고객들도 감탄을 자아내게 할 정도로 일본의 정취를 느낄 수 있는 인테리어로 꾸며져 있습니다. 이곳의 오마카세 코스는 타카미 셰프가 일했던 “코하쿠” 및 “카구라자카 이시카와”에서 배운 전통 일본 요리를 베이스로 구성됩니다. 식재료의 풍미를 즐길 수 있는 메뉴 - 도미 국물 요리, 빵게(암컷 대게) 크림 고로케, 이리 차완무시, 마쓰바 게와 쇼고인 순무를 담백한 쿠즈니로 조린 조림, 화이트 코코넛 고사리 모찌 등이 준비되어 있습니다.
